Anyone else feeling its too hot for spending time in the kitchen? a lite wine garlic sauce with pasta and an Italian salad hit home tonight, quick and easy. stay cool my friends

So this was a cheat with a bottled sauce but who the heck complains when its hot and you don’t want to make the house hotter. vons summer sauce is a wine garlic sauce. nice and lite tasting and goes great with spaghetti or angel hair. some left over chicken or fresh shrimp and topped with lots of pepper and parmesan cheese, mmmmmmmmm  mmmmmm   mmmmmmmmm.

Salad was chopped romaine, some thin slices of red onions, garlic herb feta and a tasty Italian dressing. A bit of salt and lots of black pepper.

An Easy, too hot for the kitchen meal in about 15 minutes.
