Did I say Veal? ummmm, yup, I sure did. These oh so delicious burgers will have you coming back for more and trying other things with ground veal. Just look in that meat section or ask your butcher if he has some ground veal and then get that BBQ hot and enjoy!
Ingredients
- gound veal
- 1 egg
- parmesan cheese grated
- habanero and pineapple bbq sauce 1 tsp, more for spicier
- salt and pepper to taste
- dried bread crumbs

- Caesar dressing
- grated fresh ginger
directions: mix egg, parmesan cheese, bbq sauce, salt, pepper and bread crumbs together. add veal and mix well, form into patties. place in refrigerator for about an hour. heat up bbq.mix together sauce to spread on you buns, along with any other toppings you like. we used sharp cheddar cheese slices, sliced tomato and head lettuce on a plate and set aside.take chilled patties and bbq on a bbq mat until cooked thru, turning half way and with lid down.place buns on grill to heat and make crunchy.put Caesar sauce on one side, ketchup on other side of bun and add toppings you
