No aches or pains, rice diet day 2

Ok, Ok, so woke up this morning and down another pound and to my amazement I do believe I did not toss and turn last night because my right side would hurt, then my left side, then right and so on and I got outta bed with no aches, so maybe coincidence but I will take it. Whoohoo and down 1 more pound, so starting the 3rd day, but lost 3 pounds in 2 days. Yes, I am sure water weight because my kidneys seem to be working fantastic, I will take it and gonna keep sticking to it.

Want to add that besides adding the probiotic every day I am also waking up and having a glass of water with 1/2 lemon before my coffee to start my digestion which I heard is great for you and I do on occasion just tend to forget. These were not suggestion for this rice diet, just my own.  I am also having a couple glasses of wine at night instead of the fruit with dinner, so I am a happy girl.  Alright here is another recipe for the diet and one I really love because it adds beans, another item I usually stay away from.

Rice, bean, spinach bowl

1/2 cup resistant starch brown rice

1/2 cup pre cooked black beans

1/4 cup diced onions

1 cup chopped spinach

mrs dash no salt fiesta lime seasoning.

1/2 tsp olive oil

Place ingredients into a bowl, heat in microwave 1-2 minutes, stir and enjoy. Add fresh squeezed lime on top for a little extra zing.

You also can have your piece of fruit, or cup of berries with lunch and dinner, so this is pretty filling. You will be surprised and very tasty
